The Shared Care Programme allows the GPs and SingHealth’s specialists to work as a team and jointly manage certain conditions which are best suited for shared care.

KKH initiated the first ‘Shared Care Programme in Managing Childhood Asthma’ to establish open communication between GPs and the hospital’s specialists to provide a holistic approach in asthma care for paediatric patients.
